How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings app. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Minerva, then tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the Minerva app, go to Settings → Subscription, and tap 'Restore Purchases'. This will restore any active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
Can I use Minerva on multiple devices?
Yes! Your Minerva subscription works across all your Apple devices. Simply sign in with the same account on each device, and your library, progress, and settings will sync automatically.
How does AI assistance work?
Highlight any text while reading and tap the AI assistant icon. You can ask for explanations, context, analysis, vocabulary help, and more. Free users get 1 request per day, while subscribers get expanded or unlimited access.

Subscription Issues

Having trouble with your subscription? Here are some common solutions:

  • Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase
  • Try restoring purchases from Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases
  • Ensure your payment method is up to date in your Apple ID settings
